The Journey Intensive - a complete personal healing journey

Directed by Geraldine Doohan

The Journey was founded by internationally acclaimed speaker, best selling author and mind-body healing expert Brandon Bays. In 1992 Brandon was diagnosed with a basketball-sized tumor.

Having a background and strong belief in natural treatment and holistic healing, Brandon put into practice everything she had learned about nutrition, herbology, kineasiology, meditation and guided introspection with a carefully planned natural healing regimen. Amazing herself and her doctors, Brandon intuitively listened to her body wisdom and completely healed in only 6½ weeks. No drugs, no surgery, no pain!

The Journey is the result of Brandon’s continuous work on herself, and using her own personal experiences and observations new work is continuously being developed, and the original work refined into elegant processes which positively impact all areas of our lives.

Inspired by the studies of famed endocrinologist Deepak Chopra and renowned cellular biologist Dr Candace Pert, The Journey developed its own unique approach to awakening and cellular healing, and has become a potent blend of cutting-edge tools and access to the true realization that human potential knows no bounds.

At the two-day Journey Intensive, you will learn the latest Journey techniques as well as experiencing meditations, guided introspections and additional mini-process work

Not sure if the Journey is for you? Ask yourself if

. Fear, anxiety or stress is prevalent in your life

. You're feeling stuck or that there has just got to be more to life

. You're facing ill health or on-going physical issues

. Unhealthy behaviors keep leaving you fed up

. You are wanting more fulfillment in relationships

. You're searching for your infinite potential

The Journey is a process that you can use for your whole life

Cost: 275 (Accommodation & meals not included)

Making Sense of Lifes Journey

Directed by Philip McParland www.philipmcparland.com

Philip spent over thirty years as a Carmelite priest working as a chaplain and teacher in a secondary school, in retreat centres, parishes and edited a religious magazine. He has now left the order and  works as a spiritual counsellor, facilitator and has just published a book “There is Another Way,” which gives guidance and hope. He provides a service called Soul Space which seeks to help people name and nourish their deeper longings.

“Life is a journey, not a destination.” This quotation from Ralph Emerson suggests that the journey of life is as important as the destination.  This weekend will offer a map of the journey of life.  It will outline the stages we go through on life’s journey and explore the questions we need to answer at each stage.  The aim of the weekend is to help you identify where you are at on your journey. This will help to give a new sense of meaning and direction to your life.  The topics will include:

  • The two halves of life
  •
  • The mid life transition
  •
  • The questions to be answered at each stage of life
  •
  • The tasks to be fulfilled at each stage of life
  •
  • The three stages of faith development
  •

Commences: 6pm (Supper)
Concludes: 1pm (With lunch)
Cost: €170

They help to lead us to a greater freedom and wholeness in ourselves - Body, Mind & Spirit! This retreat helps to open our eyes to a new way of living, to new attitudes to God, to ourselves and to our past and present circumstances, to forgiveness of past hurts and memories, leading us on to a greater freedom in our spirit, to live in the present moment with more joy, happiness and less stress! One inevitably experiences God's Love in a deeper and more personal way and one's relationship with Jesus becomes more real and tangible. His Love is waiting for you. Simply 'Give Him a chance!'

Five Day Silent & Guided Retreat for Men

Guided by the Benedictine Monks of the Abbey of Saint Joseph.

These five-day retreats are a shortened form of the full Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius of Loyola. The Exercises are a synthetic and practical presentation of the central truths of the Catholic faith—God, the meaning of life, the eternal destiny of mankind, the life of Jesus Christ, Saviour of the human race—in the form of meditations, examination of conscience and prayers, to find peace of heart, rid oneself of worldly attachments and discover the will of God for the salvation of the soul. On the purely practical level, the day consists of 4 or 5 talks given by one or other of the two priests who are guiding the retreat. After each talk there is time for private prayer, and then free time to converse with the priests. There is of course daily Mass and Rosary, as well as opportunity for Confession.

Daily Mass is generally offered according to the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite. Priest/ retreatants, celebrate Mass privately according to the form of their choice.

Cost: €310

Sat 23rd July - Thurs 11th Aug

St Columcille Institute of Christendom College, USA

The St Columcille Institute will seek to strengthen and deepen the understanding of young Catholics through sessions of catechesis, insuring that participants develop the ability both to evangelize and defend the faith within secular society. Participants will also examine the patrimony of Western Christian Civilisation through an in-depth study of history & literature.

The institute invites the youth of both the United States and Ireland to experience an awareness of the spiritual depth of the Catholic culture of Ireland that has enriched and determined much of the history of Europe, the United States and the world. With its gaelic roots, Ireland remains the culturally dominant English-speaking Catholic civilization in the world.

Bringing young people together from the United States and Ireland will occasion fruitful dialogue and an exchange of ideas and experiences, reawakening a love of our mutual heritage and energising a determined hope for a revival of Christian Faith and culture.

The course will be led by Dr. Timothy O'Donnell, with Dr Brendan McGuire, Professor Sharon Mahoney Hickson and Fr. Mark Byrne (SOLT), along with guest speakers.

The Journey - Out Of The Blue

Freedom from the real causes of depression

Directed by Kevin Billett

This powerful and freeing 3-day workshop is for everyone who lacks true
joy, passion and fulfillment in life. This seminar is offered as an entry level Journey event, so it is not necessary to have attended a Journey Seminar before.

If you recognise any of these signs:

• Your life seems dull, grey, empty and on autopilot

• You have already been diagnosed with depression or are on antidepressant medication

• Anxiety rules your life and your natural instincts are shut down

• The only feelings available are negative ones

Then this workshop is for you!

“Kevin Billett, CEO and co-founder of The Journey is an inspiring model of the possibility of becoming totally free from the trap of depression. Having suffered from chronic depression for over 20 years he used Journey work to get to the very root of it and finished with it completely. He now lives authentically, passionately, from true fulfillment and is a powerful teacher who has the uncanny ability to help others get to the real core of what has been blocking them–what has been causing them to shut down, helping them to release and clear the old conciseness and ultimately guiding them to open to the energy, the passion, the joy of life. He is a living example of liberation from the shackles of depression who can, in a very inspired way, help you set yourself free.”

During the seminar, you’ll experience:

• Powerful and liberating process work enabling you to get to the root cause of shut-downs, emotional suppression, ongoing negative emotions and depression.

• Find out what has been keeping you separate from the real joy and passion of life.

• Clear the consciousness that has put these pattern into place and with this shift, positively impact those around you.

• Step into a life of passion, fulfillment and experience life to its fullest.
Give yourself the gift of joining this unique workshop – and make a huge shift and powerful change in your life.

Make 2016 the year of powerful change and live your life fully, joyously, authentically and passionately!

Cost: 395
